Your Personal Flow guide.

Updated October 13, 2026. Every person signs in to their own private space. Sharing the signup address does not share anyone’s thoughts, tasks, calendars, mail or connection keys.

Flow Systems address

Personal Flow now also opens at personalflow.myflowsystems.com. Your existing account, password and private space stay the same. The original address keeps working. Sign in once on the new address; browser sessions stay separate for each address. Recovery links use the address where you requested them.

To start Wealth Flow sharing, choose Continue to secure connection setup. This opens the original Personal Flow address, where you may need to sign in before approving sharing. Existing approved connections keep working on either address.

Create your account and sign in

  1. Open Create account and enter your name and email.
  2. Find the verification email. Check Spam or Junk if it is missing. The submitted page offers Send a new link.
  3. Open the email and choose Verify my email. Choose your own password, from 12 to 128 characters.
  4. Sign in with your email and password. Your guide starts empty.

Use Forgot password for recovery. A successful reset signs out previous sessions. Account settings lets you edit your name and time zone, change your password, review sessions, and sign out.

Connect your calendar and mail

Open Connections in your guide. Available cloud sources are iCloud Calendar, iCloud Mail, and eligible personal Gmail. These checks continue with your phone and Mac off.

  1. Choose the source and enter the email for your own provider account.
  2. Turn on two-factor authentication and generate a separate app-specific password for Personal Flow in Apple account security or Google app passwords. Enter that separate password in the connection form.
  3. For iCloud Calendar, enter the exact calendar names from your iCloud account, one per line, up to ten. These are your calendar names; no preset owner calendar names are required.
  4. Choose Connect and check this account. Access is tested before the credential is saved. A successful read shows its source timestamp. Mail coverage can need review when a bounded import is incomplete.

Gmail app passwords require 2-Step Verification and may be unavailable for work or school accounts, Advanced Protection, or security-key-only verification. See Google setup help and Apple setup help. Google and Microsoft provider sign-in is available separately when the app owner has completed provider setup; setup-required providers cannot offer a working sign-in button.

Google and Microsoft account sign-in

In Connections, use Google Calendar & Gmail or Microsoft Calendar & Outlook Mail. Choose calendar, mail, or both, then choose Sign in with Google or Microsoft when setup is ready. Sign in directly on that provider’s page and approve the requested read-only access. Your provider mailbox may use a different email from Personal Flow. A copied approval link cannot attach another person’s provider account to your Personal Flow space; use the signed-in account that began the request.

New calendar approvals use the primary calendar. Choose calendars in Connections to select one to ten calendars from your own provider account. Saving your choice checks the selected calendars. Calendar events remain read-only snapshots. Mail matches become Review items; security codes and account-login notices are excluded. Source checks continue in the background with devices off, and an incomplete or failed calendar check preserves previous records.

Reconnect uses the provider’s sign-in and a fresh approval. Disconnect stops app importing immediately, then removes the saved provider permission. Previous imported records remain. If provider cleanup is interrupted, use Finish disconnect to retry. You can also revoke permission in your Google or Microsoft security settings. Permission elsewhere in the Flow apps is separate and is not automatically cancelled by removing this app’s connection.

If a provider says Setup required, the app owner still needs to activate the provider client and its consent/verification requirements. The app does not claim a usable sign-in before that setup is ready. A successful saved connection and actual source-read timestamp are separate evidence.

Approve your Wealth Flow sharing

  1. Open Connections and choose Open Wealth Flow approval.
  2. Sign in to your own Wealth Flow account with the same verified email as Personal Flow. An email match by itself does not authorize sharing.
  3. Choose a private Wealth Flow space that you own. Review the limited read-only permission and explicitly approve. A successful new approval replaces your previous shared Wealth Flow link.
  4. Return to Personal Flow and check Connections. Only approved source summaries and review cues are shared. Bank passwords, account numbers, balances and monetary amounts are excluded.

Connect banks in your Wealth Flow account first. This approval links that private space’s selected source records; it does not sign in to banks again or refresh bank providers. No payment, AutoPay change, matching change or automatic completion is performed in Personal Flow. A posted bank debit still needs issuer or merchant confirmation where relevant; a missing match is not proof of delinquency.

Disconnect sharing stops new Personal Flow importing immediately. The saved sharing credential is removed after Wealth Flow confirms revocation. If that remote step is interrupted, sharing remains stopped here and Retry disconnect finishes revocation. Existing review items and decisions remain saved. Signing out and provider/source revocation are separate controls.

Check, reconnect, or disconnect

Connections shows the last successful source update separately from the app’s review time. Use Check sources again for an on-demand read. Stale timestamps and failed checks preserve previous records. Reconnect asks for the account email and a new app-specific password while keeping the connection’s identity. Disconnect deletes this app’s saved encrypted credential and stops future checks; previous imported records remain. You can also revoke the app password in your provider’s security settings.

Calendar checks do not edit events. Mail checks read recent INBOX messages without sending messages, marking them read, changing flags, or deleting them. Possible actions enter Review; they are not confirmed deadlines or payment receipts. Calendar reading covers seven days of history and 180 future days, bounded to 500 events. Initial mail reading covers at most thirty recent messages; any incomplete coverage is displayed.

Optional iPhone and Siri helpers

Use the private phone-source setup guide or Siri setup guide after signing in. Create your own connection key in Connections; keys are account-specific, expire, and can be revoked. Downloaded templates contain no key. Enter your key only in your private phone copy.

The current source template reads calendars named Appointments, Life Events and Bills & Paydays, and reminder lists named Personal Guide, Personal Flow, Thoughts and Personal Flow Thoughts. Other names are not read by that template. Phone helpers require installation, permissions, an online phone, and a verified successful upload. Automatic triggers and locked runs need their own phone test. The owner’s earlier phone-source automation remains paused and unverified. Siri Capture/Done changes cloud tasks; it does not complete Apple Reminders. Message automation can forward selected future incoming messages; it does not import history or sent messages.

Know the current coverage

Google and Microsoft calendar/mail sign-in requires configured provider setup. iCloud uses the app-specific-password form. Wealth Flow records are shared only after explicit private-space approval; bank accounts are set up inside Wealth Flow. File-service sign-in and general account portals remain unavailable here. The preserved owner bank reader is restricted to that owner; a new account never inherits or accesses it. Calls and voicemail are not connected. Creating an app account does not connect any provider automatically.

Use your guide

Completing a task in this app shows a brief gold star celebration after the completion is saved and confirmed in your refreshed task list. Reopening tasks, failed saves and background source updates do not trigger it. Reduced motion shows a quiet saved-completion message instead. Celebrations use no sound.

Today keeps a small set of next steps. Thoughts holds ideas without deadlines until you choose Make a task. Tasks supports steps, estimates, snooze, later, completion and archive. In an open task, Quiet for one hour and Move to tomorrow save your current title, details and checklist edits together with the scheduling change. A failed save leaves the edit open. If you leave a due date, return date or attention label unchanged, its saved value is preserved. Routines can repeat daily, weekly or monthly; one unfinished occurrence carries forward. Calendar shows source freshness. Wins keeps points and badges quietly in the app with no reward alerts. Task views return up to 1,000 records; The dashboard snapshot includes up to 100 thoughts. Thoughts search and Older/Newer controls browse saved thoughts in pages of 50, including older entries. Archived tasks and thoughts have their own searchable pages of 50.

Wall views show the signed-in person’s guide. Guest-safe display hides task and appointment names; it is still an authenticated view. Sign out on shared devices. Offline caching keeps branding and a neutral reconnect page rather than your private data.

Four places to start

Today shows your next steps. Tasks holds your full task list. Plan groups Calendar, Routines, and shared Flow plans. More holds connections, device access, account settings, and help. Capture a thought remains available from the top bar.

Device access

Choose device permissions only when a feature needs them.

  1. Open More → Device access. Choose Open camera to capture and save a photo locally, or Record voice note and Stop recording to save audio.
  2. Your browser asks for permission. Close the camera or leave/switch away from the page to stop capture.
  3. Bluetooth battery check opens a chooser for one accessory that supports the standard Battery Service. Safari and iPhone browsers do not provide this chooser.
  4. Use your keyboard’s dictation key to enter words directly into an app field.

Photos and audio are not uploaded or attached to records automatically. Save them to your device and choose a supported attachment/import flow when needed.

Wi-Fi network names and local network scanning are unavailable to a website. Native app capabilities depend on supported hardware and installation.

The website uses password sign-in. Face ID or Touch ID device unlock belongs to the native app, uses Apple’s local authentication, and needs no passkey setup. The app does not receive your face or fingerprint.

Finish setup at your pace

Only saved settings and actual records complete setup.

  1. Choose Finish setup to see what is ready and what remains.
  2. Open a step, enter its required details in that screen, and save.
  3. Choose Skip for now when you are not ready. The in-app Finish setup reminder remains.
  4. Return to Finish setup and choose Check saved settings after saving or connecting a service.

Skipped optional connections remain visible as incomplete. Nothing is connected automatically, and no permission prompt opens during setup.

Existing records determine ready status. This checklist does not create placeholder trips, finance records, or tasks.

Report a bug

Send a private report to the app owner.

  1. Open More → Report a bug, or use the button in this guide.
  2. Write a short title and explain what happened and what you expected.
  3. Choose Send report and keep the confirmation reference. If sending fails, your text remains for retry.

You can also report a problem from the sign-in screen. Do not include passwords, account numbers, or sensitive personal details.

Only your entered title, description, and current page path are sent. Query strings, screenshots, browsing history, and account records are not attached automatically.

The report is stored in the owner’s private support hub. A received reference confirms storage; it does not promise that an email notification was delivered.

Your Flow apps

Keep eligible private trips, preparation, and money reviews together.

  1. Open More → Your Flow apps.
  2. Link only your own Flow accounts using the displayed approval steps. If you need to sign in, the connection returns to the original approval screen. Connection requests expire after ten minutes; start again if one expires.
  3. Choose the shared trip or review you want to work with and review its saved status.

After approval, linked accounts can open eligible private-trip summaries, preparation checklists and shared trip-money reviews. Invited shared trips stay outside that editable feed. Personal Flow tasks and notes are not shared by this page.

Saved trip shortcuts are separate from editable plans. In TravelFlow, open Your Flow apps, choose a shared trip you can already open, and choose Review shortcut. Check its title, dates and exact linked destinations, then confirm and choose Save shortcut to linked apps. In any linked app, Open original TravelFlow opens that same trip; TravelFlow checks current access. Remove shortcut removes only the saved reference from your linked apps.

A shortcut keeps the title and dates saved when it was added. They do not update automatically and may remain as a saved label if trip access later changes. It does not copy the itinerary, checklist, bookings, costs or people, change access, or start bank matching.

Linking your apps does not automatically connect banks, calendars, or mail providers.

A money review is a planning record, not a bank-cleared payment or an automatic transfer.

Find something you archived

Open More → Archived items. Choose Tasks or Thoughts, then search or use Older/Newer to browse the saved archive.

Choose Restore on the item you want back. Its original text, due date, checklist, source details and completion state stay intact. A completed task returns to Done; other tasks return to their saved status. Restoring a thought does not create or restore a linked task.

Archive keeps the record saved in your private space. It does not complete an Apple reminder, delete source evidence, or change a bank record.

Find an action quickly

Choose Quick actions, or press Command-K on Mac / Ctrl-K on Windows. Search for a task, thought, calendar, connection, or help. Choose an action to open it, then review and save normally. Choosing an action never saves a task by itself.

Supported account connections open the provider’s own sign-in page. Owner setup required means the service cannot be connected yet.
