Beta software. Use at your own discretion.Your space is personal.
Personal Flow is an early release for keeping thoughts, tasks, and flexible routines in your own account. Sharing the app’s address lets someone create a separate account; it does not share your guide.
What your account keeps
Your account stores your name, email, time zone, sign-in sessions, and the thoughts, tasks, routines, and progress you save. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text. Account verification and password reset emails use private, time-limited links.
Connections are your choice
Supported phone connections can send selected calendar and reminder snapshots or texts forwarded by an automation you set up. Those uploads belong to the account that created the connection key. You can revoke a phone connection in Connections. Supported iCloud calendar and iCloud/Gmail mail connections use an app-specific password. That credential is encrypted by the private service and is bound to your account. Disconnect removes the saved credential; previous imported records remain in your guide. Mail reading creates review cues and does not send or mark messages read. Supported Google and Microsoft approvals store encrypted provider credentials in the private Flow Connections service and only approved read-only source records are imported. Wealth Flow sharing requires your explicit approval of a private space you own; its opaque sharing key is stored encrypted in a private server table and never returned to your browser. Disconnect stops future importing and preserves previous imported records. Availability of other bank, calendar, and mail services is shown inside your account; creating an account does not connect those services.
Where it lives
Personal Flow runs on Cloudflare. Your private guide is loaded from the server after sign-in. The app’s offline cache contains branding and a neutral reconnect screen, rather than your personal task and thought data.
Shared screens and devices
A personal wall display can show your private task and appointment details. Use the guest-safe display or sign out on a device other people use. Sign-out controls are in Account; phone connection keys are managed separately in Connections.
Questions about your data
For an account or data request, contact paul@resort-os-app.com from your account email. Self-service export and account deletion are not available in this early release.
← Back to Personal FlowOptional device passkeys
If you explicitly add a passkey, Personal Flow stores its public credential, device label and usage metadata. Your face/fingerprint information and private key remain with your device or passkey manager. The device chooses Face ID, Touch ID, PIN or its supported verification method. You can remove your saved passkey in Account; existing sessions can be signed out separately. Password recovery stays available; a password recovery reset removes enrolled passkeys and sessions.
